Wired into this supplied router I get 95Mb up/95Mb down

Wireless I get 40Mb up/50Mb down.

Would something like this unlock the full speed?

NETGEAR WNDR4500-200EUS N900 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router

I am also using a Netgear WNA3100 dongle (300Mb)

Also from my provider
If you are a 20 Mb, or a 100Mb customer your router needs to support /31 (255.255.255.254) subnet mask on its WAN port in order for the router to work with Hyperoptic.

Edit, the router has a USB port, could I just buy another Netgear WNA3100 dongle?

Just buy an ethernet wireless access port and plug it in to your existing router. Job done. Wireless is sucky for high speed fibre connections anyway.
