router/internet only fast after reset

Hey guys, just wondered if you could help me out with a problem.

Since wednesday night about 7.30 my internet has been painfully slow...not even loading up google. It doesn't matter what time of day, what i am trying to do and also what computer is using the internet.

ISP is tiscali
Here is my set up:
Wired Linksys AG241v2 (with latest firmware)
2 Pc's connected via ethernet and one PS3 connected via ethernet.

None of them can connect to the internet when it is like this.

The only way i can get normal speed is to reboot the router after which everything is fine. I am quite confused and annoyed but here is some troubleshooting that i have done so far.

I can connect to the router fine from any pc
Each computer can see each other via the network

QoS, DMZ etc have been enagled and disabled to no avail.
If anybody has any clues as to how to get my internet back then thatd be great

Faulty router maybe?Can you try another router?

Tried flashing with different firmware, e.g. an older version?

I'd be asking myself how long after you reboot the router does it take before problems start again, and is this related to certain times of day or after using the PCs/PS3 for anything. Do tiscali throttle your connection to oblivion if you start using p2p, for example.
Also, what are the line stats like before and after it breaks (noise margin, sync speed, etc.)?
