router problem

Hi guys

I have 2 phone points in my house and 2 netgear routers

1 phone socket is upstairs and the other is downstairs

When i try to use the two routers at the same time it will only work on 1 of them unless i disconnect the other then that 1 will work

Is there anyway of getting the router to have internet on them at the same time?

Ahhhh i was hoping for 2 routers on 1 line

Just that i have a pc upstairs and my other pc and 360 and ps3 downstairs
