Router problems - internet dropping

I have a Linksys WAG320N and O2 broadband.

When I go to sleep at night, the internet is fine. When I wake up, it's gone
The router shows the "DSL Status" as:

Status: Up
Downstream Rate: 2241 Kbps
Upstream Rate: 1144 Kbps

Yet is shows the "Modem Router" status as "Disconnected". Once I reboot the router it comes back for another few hours then dies again
It's only been doing this recently (for about a week) and I haven't changed any settings.
This is extremely annoying for downloads, servers, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it only when you go to bed? Do you have the router set to connect on demand? Have you noticed any noise on ur phone line? Try replacing the filters..

It could be o2 clamping down on 'leechers'? Search google.

I'm not torrenting things - I'm talking more about Steam downloads.

Try leaving it off overnight and power back on in the morning, see if that helps.
