Router Strange Problem

i have a robotics 8000a, which is connected with a blueyonder internet connection to two computers, one running sp2, the other with sp1. last night, the internet just stopped on both of them, i restarted the router and both computers yet only one of them (sp2) manages to connect to the internet. i have tried using different connections on the router, which hasnt changed it. also, running ipconfig seems to come up with 3 tunnel adaptor pseudo interfaces (toredo, 6to4 and automatic), which ive never seen there before. also, it shows the ip address in numbers and letters, and instead of showing the normal ip address (192.168...), it shows a completely different one (82.44...)

update: connecting the non working pc through the modem directly rather than through the router works, any ideas?

it seems the router thinks its a switch, and gives the first pc that connects to it internet with an internet ip address, ive tried hardware resetting it with the reset button, to no avail
