router syncing lower after power outage

I have had to have power off in house a few times this week and my sky connection as dropped from 13567kbs to 8173kbs is there anyway to get it to resync back up

current stats are
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8137 kbps 766 kbps
Line Attenuation 33 db 13 db
Noise Margin 13 db 16 db

obviously should be getting more throughput

Be patient & wait a while. You may need to schedule a strategic resync.

I'd restart the modem about 10am tomorrow morning. Doing it in the evening usually means a slightly lower sync rate, because of additional noise on the line.

Plus, too many re-syncs could trigger DLM on the line, although I'm not sure if Sky maintain it continuously.

I have had to restart it 3 times this week and have gone from 14 to 8
