Router/UPNP question

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding UPNP on my router (Netgear WGT624).

UPNP is currently enabled and looking at the router UPNP page, there seems to be some ports that are open/forwarded to my PC's IP. Any ideas what they are or how I can find out what they are for/which programme is requesting this?
