Router/user downloading question..

Right, the router is located in the ''PC Room" there is a PC int here, one in my room, one in games room and one in sisters room.

Sometimes, the net goes extremely slow, (basically someone is downloading stuff)

How can i tell who this is? Is there a program that lists the users that are on the network and what there doing, or how much bandwidth there using up?

I need proof as everyone says there not downloading etc, LIES!

Any ideas?

Unless the router will give you stats for each port (4 network + wireless) or per IP, or you have some software on the PCs, no.
