Hello,
I'll try and explain this as best I can and hopefully someone can offer the advice I'm looking for!
Basically I have been asked by a family member to look at their internet connection, and on reaching their house I noticed they are using an old BT Voyager 210 USB router, meaning they have to click connect on their computer every time they want to use their internet.
This seems a bit outdated to me and as well as this they want to have wireless internet enabled, something this old USB router doesn't offer.
If I was to suggest to them to get say a Belkin ADSL router, would this work fine with the BT Voyager connection they are paying for? As in, would BT be able to offer the correct connection details for using a non-standard router.
Hopefully I've explained that well enough for someone to work out what I'm asking!
Thanks
