Routing Issue

I'm currently having problems logging into Guild Wars but it doesn't seem a wide spread issue except for people on IDNet and was wondering if anyone on other ISP's could do a ping/tracert on these IP's and see if they get anywhere: 216.107.241.16 , 216.107.241.18 and 216.107.240.199.
