Basically for the past 3 weeks i've been on edge .Moody, really tired , drained. I keep saying to myself ill go to the Gym. But im too dam lazy + hate the gym (used to go like 6 years ago) + i have weak knees
so id thought id get a rowing machine and use it at home as i thought its a start
Can anyone spec me one? (£150)
