Hey'up.

My brother is starting to get more interested in personal fitness and after looking at what some of his friend's and my parent's friends do to work out, he has decided he wants to be bought a rowing machine. (He's 14). Now personally i wouldn't mind using it myself if it's on offer.

I have no experience in the market so i need advice, what should i go for? It will be well used so quaility would be nice but we're not too bothered about extra electronics/gadget type thingys. Unsure about budget really, just not something silly i guess. :o

You can get a decent air resistant rower for the £200 mark as that what i did last year. Mines is a V-Fit Artemis Air Rower and gives a decent resistance for a home rower.

Where did you get yours from?

Goatboy: Unsure how to reply to that. :o
