Had a phone call from a cousin.
How could they export a single photo from Roxio Photosuite 5 ?
I do not have this software and they are too far away to go there.
The photo is not in the camera anymore, and copy / paste does not work either to desktop or paint.
Menu's don't appear to have anything in them, though as I have never seen this software, wouldn't know if they are missing something.
How does the software store the files. Is it like Olympus camedia which just sets up directories and saves jpegs, or is it some proprietry file type and naming method ?
Is there a word / phrase they can type into help to show what to do (export, for example, doesn't give helpful results) ?
