phoning coventry sorting office on the number im given, select option 4, phone cuts off. no warning.
call customer services who confirm the phone number and tell me thats what the system will do when busy to "avoid queuing" and that i should keep trying.
finally get through the system and the phone is ringing. it rings for over 15 minutes before disconnecting me
phone back cust service dept and ask for alternative numbers. am passed through 4 different people, the last of which cuts me off when i ask for a direct number for the sorting office.
i phone the complaints department and lodge a complaint about the phone system at cov sorting office and about the gentleman who cut me off and ask for a direct line number again to which im told the only number they have is the one given, to which I say this isn't the truth as they have internal numbers. she cuts me off... :/
