Hi everyone,

Does anyone know anything about this? Specifically when they might get their act together and let people send parcels internationally again. Its been 2 weeks now, businesses are starting to loose a lot of money, evri are swamped and there is no other alternative to sending small parcels overseas. Im having to refund customers now that have been waiting weeks for me to send their items out.

Any royalmail workers here have a clue when this might get resolved?

It depends what you mean by small parcels, where over seas they are going and how much you are willing to pay. We have used DHL and UPS in the past for small items to Europe, UAE, USA and Asia. They do some decent preferential rates if you use them frequently and they have preset box sizes with set rates and their tracking is far superior to Royal Fail but obviously at a price.

It was done by one of the affiliates of Lockbit, a Russian hacker gang, who initially denied it was them but then found out one of their subsidiaries had done it.
