Who OCUK or Royal mail? all i have is my Order number from OCUK so contacting royal mail would be useless

You can drop a webmail to OCuk stating the Order Number politely asking if it has been sent.

It just takes ages :<

Royal Mail on strike me thinks, OcUK don't care too much about it when I rang up. Bit sad you have to pay a premium to get items in reasonable time.

true, im going to give it till tomorrow them im going to ring them up. They always go on strike, i hate Royal mail bunch of Tossers.

They are normally ok but the strikes were annoying.

The strikes were mainly about how Royal Mail intend to change delivery, not anything to do with the 2.5% pay offer.

"Royal Mail has been talking to the union since March about the need to comply with new EU legislation, which restricts the speed of 7.5 tonne vehicles to 56 mph, to make changes to cope with the later arrival of mail into many delivery offices." They will use this to get later start times.

WHEN Royal Mail get their way deliveries will be between 9am and 5pm as this would save them money and like the Banks etc, profit is the number one concern not the staff or the customers. Often postmen work on delivery as this may fit in with wifes/husbands job and the kids. Before long it may be a casual workforce postal serivce. :(

Royal Mail keep going on about loss of work, but this often is when a rival is allowed to cherry pick and just carry the mail for part of the journey and then hand it back to Royal Mail to deliver to the customer, so when you get post with a TNT mark it's Royal Mail who have delivered it through your door.

After the Royal Mail paid no contribution into the pension fund for around 13 years they now have a crisis I can only see fixable by a cheap casual workforce.

Przyjemnego dnia!

Or some dodgy posty has stolen it, It happend to me a few years back when I ordered a fan controller and two tornado fans.

I just contacted OCUK and had to wait an extra week to let them confirm that I hadn't received the goods.

Standard post is not trackable and not guaranteed for any timescale.

The only thing Royal Mail will do is say after 21 working days (a month basically) if it's not delivered they class it as lost and give you £28 back (or whatever 100 times the stamp is these days).

It's nice and cheap for deliverying low value items you aren't in a hurry for - but it's cheap for a reason.

Ordered a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme on friday afternoon using Royal Mail 1st Class, recieved it at lunchtime, just for infomation purposes.
