Royal Mail lost parcel claim.

Hi, my esteemed forum pals.

A while back I logged a claim with RM for a tracked parcel, sent by me, that has not been delivered.

I've waited my 30 days and still not had a response.

The RM website is awful, a never ending circle of clicking that leads to nothing fruitful.

I'm hoping one of you gorgeous people could assist me in finding an email address so I can chase this claim.
