RSS Reader

I'm currently using sage and it works fine and all but I'm wondering if there is something better out there.

I would love to be able to skim through, and somehow make note of articles I would like to read later on (kind of like a minibookmark of sorts). I can't do that with Sage. Anyone know if a reader like that exists? Or even just something better than what I'm currently using. Integration with Firefox would be ideal.

Google reader? www.google.com/reader + Firefox Notifier or Google Reader Watcher

You can add tags, mark as read/unread, star them etc.

Or add Prism to Google Reader and Firefox, and you've got a "separate" desktop app you can launch straight from a desktop/start menu/quick launch area shortcut. It doesn't work (yet) with 3.1 though.
