RT-N53 5GHz not working

Just got this router, easy setup however none of my wireless devices or my other computers are picking up the 5GHZ network. They did with my older router.

Tried changing a few settings, however there really isn't much to change and still nothing is picking it up.

Any ideas? Looks like a fault to me, DSR job I think.

The 5ghz is random on my N53 but I got too lazy to RMA it (it was mainly to replace a faulty router and all my family demands internet). Sometimes it does work, but then after the router crashes the network disappears. Firmware updates doesn't work. I just gave up, disabled it and stuck with the 2.4ghz band.
