RTC test failure?

Hi everyone, I have a Legion 5i Pro which is around six months old and experienced some accidental damage a few weeks back. The device was repaired and they replaced the camera and bezel. I have got the laptop back and noticed the time wasn't always right, so I reset the laptop and then used Vantage to do a hardware scan. Unfortunately, now the test is getting stuck on RTC and the time always changes to 00:00. I am not sure what is causing this issue? I have checked the BIOS and that has the right time. Any advice is welcome.

Could be bios battery or some other motherboard fault?
