RTX 2060 - Should I be worried with higher than default clock speed

I've just installed a ASUS RTX 2060 Dual EVO OC 12GB and according to the specs my clocks should be:
Boost Clock: 1680 MHz
ASUS OC: 1710 MHz

I'm using Asus GPU Tweak iii for monitoring and fan control purposes and it's reporting my in game clock @ 1950 MHz. Temperatures are low 60's - I only was in game less than 5 minutes so temps will rise. Should I be worried.

I'm paranoid because my previous GTX 1060 overvolted and overclocked itself by a huge margin after updating drivers. It was too late before I realized, but the damage was done. I was using default settings but Afterburner was running during the update which may have messed up the update.

This is intended behaviour, the clocks listed are normally the minimum you can expect to hit. Most cards these days (both AMD and Nvidia) will be boost higher provided they are within their set power, voltage, temperature limits. If you are worried you can always use a third party tool, such as MSI Afterburner, to undervolt.

Thanks. I will keep an eye on voltage and temps before undervolting. They appear low compared to my 1060 which had a terrible cooler.
