I have just bought a asus gaming b660-plus wifi d4 with 8gn ddr4 3200 crucial memory 1700lga i5 12600k and a rtx geforce twin edge 3050 8gb graphic card and a crucial 1000w power supply..Everything works great without the card installed but when i install card there is nothing. Ive changed hdmi leads etc wont even boot to bios take card out and win 11 boots.Is there any settings in bios i need to do as im not very techy.Thanks in advance ( the card is working as i took it back to scan and they tested it and it worked

Have you tried both DP and HDMI?

Have you cleared CMOS?

Is the card on a riser, or direct in the slot?

Stupid question #1: You did plug the cards power lead in, right?
Stupid question #2: When you put the card in, you do connect the display cable to the card and not the motherboard?

If your within the 14 day window you can just return the card and get something better

I have cleared cmos and loaded defaults card is in slot 8 pin pcle plug fitted on top then to pcle slot on power supply and both fans turn,when card inserted in board hdmi lead is plugged into card and only getting black screen but when i take the card out and plug into case hdmi it works

have you tried the card in the motherboards lower pcie slot?

Its sorted. What scan kept doing when checking the card was plugging it into the dp socket which worked but i only have hdmi. This time when i took it back i noticed that he used the dp socket and i told them i only use hdmi and he pluged in the hdmi lead and bingo not working faulty hdmi board in card..Thanks all for replies
