RTX 3070 > 2080TI?

So the hype train is well and truly in motion, Rumour has it the 3070 will beat the 2080TI, how likely is this? I'm tempted to sell my 2070 Super before the massive SLUMP.

It'll sit nicely between the 2080s and 2080ti as to not depreciate the 2080ti too much, otherwise you really will be looking at sub £500-400 2080ti's in the secondhand market especially if RT is a lot more efficient on the 3000 series.

Actually a few 2080ti's sold for crica £580 on OCUK Membersmarket,

Yes true but how many will have much warranty left/have transferable warranty, another 2080ti was also around £600, if the 3070 hits the right Bells there's a good chance sub £500,

So much for the plan of buying a 2nd hand 2080ti... can't imagine a 2nd hand 3070 would be much more expensive.

Too much, when you £100 more buys you a shiny brand new 3070 imo. But as usual each to their own.

Lol bad luck whoever shelled out for a 2080ti.

The card never did anything and now it's made obsolete by a card less than half the price.

Man I feel for the peeps who just purchased a 2080 super for £500 :/ someone's gonna snap up my 2070 super
