Hello. I have the following problem. I have the MSi Z490-Gaming Plus + i5 10400f + OCZ 650W for a 6 months. I used it with the MSI 1070 card and had no problem. About a month ago I changed my card to Gigaybte RTX 3070 and everything was ok. Now I got a new MSI 3070 Suprim X +PSU BQ 850W Titanium +Meshify2 at a good price. From that moment on, I have problems. In a random way when starting the computer there is a loop on off on off on off on off.......all time, then I unplug the plug from the power supply, wait a moment and sometimes it surprises and I have a message "There is no GOP ( Graphics Output protocol) support detected in this graphics card" , I uploaded the latest bios to the motherboard but it didn't help. This happens in a randomized sauce, I do not know what it depends on.
I took the card out and put it in again, punching the cables. I don't know what it depends on. The computer can, for example, start 15 times well and then not, other times, for example, 10 times, etc.
This is the same problem without a solution but for me bootloop is random:
