RTX 4060 - GPU Power 0w & GPU Fan Speed 0 RMP - Should I be concerned

I finished my building my PC yesterday which seems to be a success, ive just tried a couple of games and they run really smoothly as does everything else, one of my fans are a bit noisy though.

However, when I opened NVIDIA overlay and GPU-Z it is telling me that my GPU is at 0W Power & fan speed is 0 RPM.

What should I do? Does this need looking into?
