RTX 4090 Not utilize 100% GPU on 12900K

So I just installed my rtx 4090. Everything is working fine but for whatever reason it isn't utilizing 100% of my GPU. I have 12900K stock,DDR4 3600mhz 2x16gb.

Far Cry 6- 60% usage with 1440P DXR ON,ultra

Watch Dogs Legion 1440P - 60% usage with 1440P,RT ULTRA,DLSS QUALITY.

CP77 observation 1440P: DLSS off => 95% GPU usage. Then DLSS Quality, balance, performance will all generate same framerate but reduce gpu usage as you move towards performance. 80-90% usage

Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition - 50% usage ! on Taiga lvl,RT ULTRA,all ultra,maxed





Also i tried 3dmark tests and here is fine 100% usage there and there. Tested Control 1440P ( no DLSS ) , and its fine too 100% usage. Quake 2 rtx 100% usage fine too.



So my issue is with that 4 games. .I tried to revert to old drivers but not helped. Any ideas? Maybe try new hotfix?
I dont think its ram bootleneck then?

Ah ok. But why Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition on last camp i have 50% usage when looking at some points.

Will be any difference switching to 13900K and DDR5?

So nothing wrong with pc with that usages in FC6 and WD LEGION? Also bios is updated.
