Ruby on Rails - OS X

Hey,

I've downloaded Locomotive but it doesn't come with MySQL. What is the easiest way to install Ruby on Rails on OS X? I'd prefer a method that isn't permanently on. I prefer keeping my RAM and CPU free for other processes when I'm not developing.
