Are they any good? I have a few carpets I'd like to see if I can give a spruce up, but they're probably just awful-quality carpets to begin with.
Since it's getting towards autumn... and it's no longer hot - I don't really want to have really damp carpets for long. I suppose I could put the heating on but heat rises, and carpets are on the floor, at least the hall carpet.
My parents have an ancient vax thing which has the ability to shampoo carpets... but it does leave them rather damp... I wonder if the rug doctor things do a better job of drying them out?
