Since when do Rugby players play like gentleman? they stamp on each others head.

Rugby League is a simple game played by simple people... Rugby Union is a complex game played by ***ers

Far far better than any football match I've ever been to. A proper, real honest game with a fantastic atmosphere and great crowd.

Are you talking about the Rhinos - Melbourne game? I was quite imprest, they both had very strong defences.
Why is it that we never play the World Club Challenge over in Aus? Is it whoever wins gets to play it in their country? I never quite understood.
 
well must say league is a true physical sport.. one on one hits,even pass the ball (backwards)not like union.. anything goes there.. they even have to score tries cos drop kicks worth 1 point and pens worth 2.. try 4.. union points system is all wrong.. plus they only know how to kick a ball and not run with it.. sorry but i was born where that stupid game came from.. (rugby) for the uneducated.. thank god the northerners changed some rules and we have league.. 100 yrs now.. so if you ever want to watch a physical game with skill then league is the only game..hard game played by real men.. not nancies frightened to run with a ball.. my to pennies worth.. :cool:
 
Seats 78/79 Row C in the lower south stand. So 3 rows back from the pitch, right behind the sticks.

Couldn't see a damn thing when Leeds scored up the other end but had a perfect view of Sinfield kicking the drop goal and penalty.

Because the last time it was played in Australia, they didn't have an excuse when Wigan beat Brisbane. :)

I drive past the site for Salfords new stadium on my way to work. They have cleared a lot of the carp off the waste ground so I expect work on the stadium to start pretty soon. Hopefully they build some extra roads near it

Huddersfield are no pushovers. We only just beat them yesterday. They have solid defence and a good kick-chase. Very tough team to beat. Albeit we were awful and still won, but they deserved to win.
 
They are not a one of our bogey teams, and this season we are unbeaten at home so
should be a stright forward one. Its cas away im dreading, i hope its this weeks cas and not last
weeks against leeds :).

I wont be happy with less than 4 points ;)

Leeds and Bradford will be a cracker as per usual :D


Looking forward to going to this, haven’t being to a game at Headingley for a few months now, so should be fun just need to books some tickets now :)
