Australia beat South Africa again - they are a voodoo team for us. The last 10 minutes were a farce though. Australia down to 11 mean - one of the yellow cards should never have been given but coms to TMO were down to using mobile phones. SA scored 3 tries during that time to make it close, but mostly were never in the game. Never mind the cheating going on with Etzebeth saying he needs HIA but coming back on a few minutes later, having been replaced.
Rassie did put out a much weaker team and a few player definitely showed they are not near first choice. Pollard, Jantjies and Van Staden will be lucky to get into wider squad unless they have a brilliant URC season. Also exposed the massive gap between Marx and 2nd choice Grobelaar at hooker and Willemse and 2nd choice Fassi at fullback.
Definitely a game which will need to looked at as a lesson.
