Yes - this was pretty awful, considering how treatments for it are effectively non-existant.

It's such an awful disease, still find it hard to think of players like Joost, Doddie and Lewis trapped within a failing body.

I think it has to be one of the cruellest diseases to have and die from.

It does feel like there seems to be a disportionate amount of rugby players to get it too.

Mmm. I think we are interested in rugby and it is not a massive pool of famous people, so the density may be magnified.

Doesn't stop it being a horrible disease.

Whilst not definitive there is growing research linking repetitive head injury and and MND. It is also prevalent in football with heading, and American football.

Yep. I enjoyed that. Was frustrating to see the All Blacks score two tries after all the early England pressure. But Excellent to see England come back from behind and then really dominate the second half. Loving the energy Pollock and co are bringing off the bench at the moment! I guess we can all expect a win against Argentina next week and then on to hopefully a strong Six Nations!

It is time for Townsend to move on - he has a decent squad of players but he cannot seem to get the best of them.

I don't stay close enough to it these days but there were a few of people missing that you would think would be in a full strength team. I guess 2 years out is a good time to blood some more of the up and coming players. But a great win for England a poor AB's is still the second best team in the World.

South Africa being very generous at the moment by only having 14 men. Probably be confused when the extra player is available for Ireland.
