"Rugged" Digital camera

My dads asked me to order him a digi cam for work. His main criteria is that it needs to be rugged as it'll be used in the workshop and as such lives a pretty dangerous life (gets dropped, oily hands etc).

Is there such a digi cam? Specs dont need to be out of this world, 3.2mpixel would be enough, but optical zoom would be handy.

Budget about upto £200 i guess.

The Caplio 400G is a bit out of your price range (over £300) but might be ideal, big chunky rubber body, waterproof to 1 metre, alternatively the Olympus µ 720SW, supposed to be shockproof and waterproof to 3 metres, around £220.
