Depends really. If you want to run it without scaling, 43". 32" needs 125% scaling and 27" needs 150% scaling. Remember as size goes down, dpi increases, so a 27" will look sharper than a 43".
I've got a 32" right now, but I actually find a 27" screen more comfortable.
rtings cover it well and provide a slider so that you can work out your desired size vs. FOV. For gaming use the 'cinema viewing' table works out quite well. And, as posted above, the sweet spot for crispness may require you to use desktop scaling rather than native viewing for general use/browsing.
