Also I wonder what this means for Prey 2, If I am correct 3d Realms and 2k games were the publishers of the first title. Then there Max Payne 3 (<< not sure if that was being developed or not).

Also will this affect gog.com ability to sell all the apogee and duke game??

Max Payne 3 will be safe if this is true Rockstar are doing it.

Considering it is supposed to be released on all three major platforms then I would not be too surprised.

Still, it could be good on the consoles. I don't see why not.

This could be why duke3d came onto live - low funds and to raise quick funds and interest.

Yep I agree. They've mostly just been producing/publishing and thats about it.

I could even care less about Duke Nukem Forever as it has just been too long and even then, with the alleged footage of the game from months back, it didn't look like anything special. 12 years now in vaporware hell for another generic dark looking grey/brown FPS game? No thanks and good riddance!

Wasn't the last bit of news that one of the 3D realms bods was off to taketwo to show off what they had done with DNF? Clearly they weren't impressed :E
