Run some programs without having to give permission

Is there some way to stop the User Account manager from asking me permission in order to run some frequently used programs?

I don't want to turn the UAM off,
I just want to give permanent permission for some programs to
run without having to give permission every time I run them.

This is on win 7 64 bit.

Name the programs and people might be able to provide specific workarounds.
