rundll32.exe is corrupt

Hey guys, anyone able to explain what this is and provide any help on how to solve this problem? Im using xp 32bit on a netbook so don't have xp CD drive nor the original CD to reinstall from.

you can reinstall XP from a flash drive

download an ISO of the version of XP that your netbook has a license for, then use THIS to put it on a flash drive

Thanks for the reply. I'll look into it downloading it now. I assume just download it from Microsofts website?
