Game got ruined many years ago, and it gets dull too fast.

The game has really gone downhill now as far as I am concerned. Too many updates which ruined the game coupled with the fact that Jagex is just milking it for as much money as they can while the game lasts. Squeal of fortune anyone?

I was thinking of giving it another shot on my level 135 but then after realising membership costs have rose from £3.20 to £4.99 I quickly closed the tab.
