My brother has 2 of the sapphire x1950 pro cards and was looking to run them together. He hasnt bought a dual pci-e motheboard yet but just asking if they will work together as after reading Gibbo's thread, does one have to me a master card? If so does that mean they wont work together as they are just both regular cards.

Not an expert, but I think 1950 Pro is Crossfire 2 with internal crossfire links so I believe you can just hook up the two cards into a crossfire mobo - any ATI gurus here to confirm?

As above, they connect internally by bridges just like SLi, so any 2x pro's can be paired, so all he needs is a compatible mobo.
