I got well down the road of installing OSX on a partition on my PC, I love OSX but I can't justify a mac as I do a lot of stuff thats PC only (not least gaming).

It installs fine but then instantly wants to reboot when it starts up and reading up tells me this is "kernel panic" based on no support for GT200 (I have a GTX280) cards.

Now.. I have an X300 kicking about somewhere, can I use that and have different OS' using different cards or should I just wait for GT200 support?

This. The GTX285 is due for the Mac in June which will mean plenty of code for the scene to get it's hands on.
