Running a little warm? Case not up to it?

My setup is...

Q6600 GO with the standard intel cooler with no overclock.
Abit IP35
Corsair HX 520W
BFG GeForce 8800 GTS
NZXT Hush Classic Silent Midi Tower with the 2 standard 120mm fans.
2 WD 320gig sata drives

At the moment it's idling around 46c-49c. With the side panel off the case it drops to around 40c. (temperatures reported with coretemp) After a search through here I think it's running a little warm. I've tried as much as I can to make sure airflow though the case isn't restricted but the graphics cars is so damn huge. Is this case just not up to the job?

It reported 1.2875v while prime95 was running. At idle it's 1.1625v. When I get time I will try removing the stock cooler, cleaning it up and applying some arctic silver

I'm pretty sure I've got an airflow/case problem. When running Prime95 it went up to 66c. Then I took the side panel off the case and it dropped to 59c.

Yup, unfortunately this case is barely enough for a non-overclocked Q6600 airflow-wise, even if it's a nice case otherwise :(

According to my experience, you need 2 intake fans in the front panel.
Idle temps on my Q6600 3.6Ghz went from 44 to 33 with an additional fan
installed in my Lian Li PC7 Case.

For me I found that an Antec TriCool 120mm fan at lowest setting put in place of the 5.25" bays on the NZXT Hush lowers idle temps by about 3-4 degrees Celcius and load temps by about 6-8 degrees. I just wish I could mount it there properly. And, of course, especially the front intake fan doesn't seem to have a very high CFM - it would seem that even the TriCool at the lowest speed setting moves noticeably more air. But replacing the stock case fans would make the case as expensive as the Antec 900 while still losing hands down in airflow. Well, it'd still look better though, I suppose.

On a side note, if only my cores 1 and 4 were as cool as 2 and 3 (there's a difference of up to 10 degrees usually), using the second front fan would even possibly allow for some overclocking ;)
