Don't want this to term into a medical thread as such.
Last October I got a inguinal hernia, still kept running as I was in no pain, saw the doc and got booked in for op 1st may. After a grilling race in feb it started hurting so I stopped. I have since had my op.
The docs said anything between 4-6 weeks.
The first week after I felt awful.
2nd week back to light duties at work still felt a bit of pain and walking gingerly.
This is the third week and am starting to feel more normal.
So my question is anyone in here had inguinal hernia , I had open surgery, and how did your running recovery go?
