running BIN and CUE files

i've got some software that is on my computer but hasn't been installed yet and is a BIN file and also there is a CUE file although that is very small (1kb).

im wondering how i can open this file and install the software?

cani download some free software that will do this or will i have to put this file onto a CD and then it will work?

also...

If i copy all the files from multiple disc from a game, for instance MAFIA, that had 3 CD's afaik and say i copuy all the files from them cd's onto my computer, can i put all the 3 discs worth of files onto 1 DVD and it still work?

im qworried that it may not as when putting in CD 1 of mafia, after it installs everuything needed it then asks for CD 2, but obviously if its on a DVD with all the fiels on 1 would it still ask for CD 2 or would it just know that the files are on the DVD?

final question..

using the same example as above, the whoel 3 CD's for one game thing, say i broke CD 2 but made a back up of it, can i put CD 1 in, then when it asks for CD2 i just tell it where to find the files in my documents?

If they are in the same folder burn the cue to a disk using software of your choice, this will tell the compt to burn the bin file. Else use Daemon Tools

well i installed daemon tools but i can't sem to get it to work or do anything.

once i install what then should i do?

Just use nero to burn a disk image.

Or mount the image with daemon tools.

You can use UltraISO to convert them to iso and then burn to cd\mount on a virtual drive using Nero, Alcohol 120% or Daemon tools.

once deamon tools i running use it from the tool tray icon right click and mount the cue file
