Having been looking at lots of different car choices I've been trying to gauge what the different running costs are going to be.

Does anyone know of a website where I can look up a specific make, model and year I find this kind of information, thinking there must be somewhere that provides:
- Road tax band
- MPG
- Cost of services and service schedule
- Cost of "typical jobs", ie how much, on average, does discs and pads cost, or cambelt change etc
- Average cost of non-consumable repairs, ie when something breaks, how much does it cost to fix on average (probably doesn't exist)
- Things of note (eg suspension made of cheese) + average cost/mean time between failure etc

Seems like a good opportunity if it doesn't already exist! Best I can find is parkers that just list MPG, Road tax and CO2

Parkers should answer a few of your questions.

Simply Google everything else as there's not really a specific website which lists all that information.

edit: as above.

You forgot the biggy off your list as well, insurance.

At 21 it will be the largest chunk of change you pay out monthly.

Umm, insurance is big, but its so personal that including it on a running costs site wouldn't.

Thanks for the suggestions of Parkers, but I did mention it in my OP :p

Surprised a site doesn't already exist, would be so helpful and fairly easy to create

Take all the cars you're looking at, and go on their respective owners club forums, and search there for common faults, and prices, or start new threads in them.
