Hey all.
So I have FINALLY got round to making a choice on a NAS or a Microserver.
With the a current Cashback offer I bought the G1610T for £105!
I have managed to get FreeNAS running properly with a 2 x 1TB striped array but have a few questions:
1). What if my NAS dies? The file system is not based upon Windows, so I can't just pop a drive back in my desktop if all goes wrong?
2). I keep getting the error as per image below.
I have had a Google but am non the wiser.
The FreeNAS says 'cannot get attribute from EA on file. Error = Operation not supported'. I am 99.9% sure drives are not faulty. This problem only occurs on certain files.
I can't seem to find the option for enabling EA attributes on FreeNAS 9.3.

Thanks
Matt
