How do i run my CPU cooler at full all the time? It currently runs at 900rpm which just dosnt cut it - it pushed no air through.

I downloaded speedfan - set it to 100% but nothing.

Bios settings are PWM/Legacy - can i change theese?

What i've done in the past is attach the rear case fan to the CPU header on the mobo and run the Freezer 7 off a fan controller. Then you can have it as fast or as slow as you want at any time!

What fan header is it on currently?

Just try plugging it onto say the rear fan header...Only reason i can see why its running at the low rpm is cause its being controlled by the bios or something.

What else does it say in the bios other than pwm/legacy....?

I have a DS3P, which has 4 options for the Fan Control Method. Auto, Intel QST, Legacy and Disabled.

If I set it to Disabled the fan runs at full speed. Does your Bios have those options?

Cheers for that :D:D

I remember the first time my AF7 went to full whack, sounded like a plane taking off in my case compared to my other fans, and I though they were loud, hehe
