So I game on an old bog standard 1080p TV, but was thinking of upgrading as there's a few 4k tellies out about 3-400 quid.
My TV is OK for gaming but tempted to get a slightly bigger more modern one.
How bad is up scaling or forcing 1080p on a 4k screen for gaming ? Be nice to have a more modern panel with hdr and whatnot for films.
My current TV is a really old LG 37in that I paid about £300 for about 10 years ago.
Not looking to go up much in size, couple of inches as I have limited space but the tiny bezles will allow me to go up a size.
My PC hardware won't really allow me to go above 1080p for gaming without expensive upgrades.
Cheers
