I am thinking of replacing my hydration belt with a water backpack. Does anyone use one of these? I think I need to drink way more whilst running. During races at the water stations I chug down the water but am gasping a few miles later and have to ration my small belt bottle. Running 30 miles +. Pee worse than French Onion soup at the end!
I don't understand how do many people run without water. I just use a refilled powerade bottle though, pretty lightweight, not too uncomfortable to hold and you can squeeze it instead of interrupting your breathing.
