Hi All,
I am running in the Great North Run on Sunday (first one I have ever done!), and in doing so I am trying to raise some money for a small charity called LIVErNORTH.
The charity is set up as a patient support group for those people who have liver disease.
My Dad had a liver transplant a few years ago, and without the support of this charity it would have been a much more stressful time for the family. You can read a little bit more about them here http://www.livernorth.org.uk/
As the charity is run 100% by unpaid volunteers you can 100% know your money will be going towards a great cause.
With offline donations I am at around £200, I had a target of £300 and as a member of our team who will be running works for Barclays they have agreed to double whatever is in the 'Truman Trotters' pot. My mum alone has already raised over £1200 so it will be a very successful campaign this year!
Any donations would be very much appreciated, my online page is setup here https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/grahamtruman1
Thanks again!
