My first posting so be gentle with me!! I have tried a search but didn't find what I was looking for...and I hope that this is in the correct forum area.

I have an Akasa Zen case, Asus P5N 32 SLI MB, Q6600 with an Arctic Pro 7 cooler. Also have fitted an Antec Spot Cool. The system is presently running at standard clock speed but looking at the figures from Everest the whole system seems to run very 'warm'.

At idle the MB temp is 33C; CPU is 28C.

Running Everest's System Stability test sees the CPU temp climb rapidly to 45C then stabilises there or thereabouts.

HDU temps remain between 33C and 36C.

My questions are:-

Are these temps normal?
Should I improve case cooling? (If so suggestions please)
What sort of temps should cause me to be concerned?

I don't want to start overclocking until I know that I have the cooling issues under control.

Thanks in advance.

PS My log in id means I Wish I Knew How To Do That. Just in case you wanted to know.
