Running Memory at 1T timing

I'm currently running 2 x 512MB sticks of Corsair XL 2-2-2-5 in my DFI Lan Party NF4 Ultra. I want to run my memory at 1T timing, as I heard this can help with overclocking - I have updated to the latest BIOS, but cannot find where I would change it to 1T…

Can somebody tell me how I go about doing this?

I know how to manually set the other timings (ie.2-2-2-5), I just didn't know how to set it to run in 1T - as its automatically running 2T. Command rate sounds like the one I need to change - i'll give that a go tonight.
